Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please call 24 hours in advance. If not rescheduled within 24 hours, your service will be cancelled with no refund, and may result in penalty for future bookings.

Also, if more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a $10.00 late fee.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment.

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you are responsible for 100% of the remaining balance.

Please be mindful that deposits are not automatically taken at the time of your request. Every online request requires a review for approval. No deposit, no appointment.
