RETURN POLICY

You may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the delivery date, for STORE CREDIT only or exchange.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the original condition as received. Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, unaltered, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email Customer Service at info@jalousemeesthetics.com to request a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer, and return shipping is non-refundable.

Items that are discounted may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping cost are paid by JalouseMe Esthetics only if the item received by the customer is defective, or we shipped you the incorrect item.

When returning packages back to our facility, we recommend that you send them with a tracking number. This will provide you with proof of postage in the event the package is lost.

If you are returning for STORE CREDIT, please make sure to send back any item(s) within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

To start a return -- STORE CREDIT only -- please email info@jalousemeesthetics.com to request a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Upon submitting your return request, you will receive a return authorization number and return instructions.  Please proceed with shipping the item(s) back to our facility.

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.   Return shipping is non-refundable.

Returns are refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT only, via e-gift card. 

Once approved, you will receive an automated email containing your JalouseMe Esthetics STORE CREDIT via E-Gift. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable.  

JalouseMe Esthetics does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days to process a return upon reaching our facility.

EXCHANGES

If you are returning for EXCHANGE, please make sure to send back any item(s) you are exchanging within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

To start a return -- for EXCHANGE -- please email info@jalousemeesthetics.com to request a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return/exchange request will not be accepted. Upon submitting your return/exchange request, you will receive a return authorization and return instructions.  Please proceed with shipping the item(s) back to our facility.

Once the returned item(s) is received, it will be inspected, and you will receive an automated email confirmation of your exchange request. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the exchange upon reaching our facility. If for any reason the return/exchange does not meet Returnable Condition, you will be notified via email, the item will be returned to you and no credit will be given.

Return shipping cost are paid by JalouseMe Esthetics only if the item received by the customer is damaged, defective, or we shipped you the incorrect item.
