DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, please submit a return request immediately to info@JalouseMeEsthetics.com  and email a photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and your order number to info@JalouseMeEsthetics.com  

Return shipping cost are paid by JalouseMe Esthetics only if the item received by the customer is damaged, defective, or we shipped you the incorrect item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.
